After making the trek north of the border to Canada for the Honda Indy Toronto two weeks ago, IndyCar will get back to racing in the good ‘ol U.S. of A this weekend for the Honda Indy 200 at Mid Ohio.
Team Penske Chevrolet driver Simon Pagenaud currently leads the Verizon IndyCar Series driver’s championship with 432 points, while Australia’s Will Power is second with 385. IndyCar mainstay Helio Castroneves sits third with 358 points, making for a Penske-Chevy sweep of the top three. Chevy also leads Honda in the manufacturer standings with 1,158 poitns to the Japanese brand’s 1035.
