GM Maven Opens For Business In Washington D.C.

General Motors has officially brought its car sharing service to our nation’s capital. WTOP reports the service officially launched this past Monday, making Washington D.C. one of five cities where the service is employed.

D.C. joins Chicago, New York City, Boston and Ann Arbor as markets for GM’s latest, ambitious platform. Locals may rent out a Chevrolet Malibu, Cadillac ATS, or Chevrolet Volt for only $8 an hour through Maven. A Chevrolet Tahoe, a GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade may be had for $14 an hour.

If you weren’t aware, Maven requires no membership fee, and includes gas and insurance costs.
