  1. They would be even higher if they offered the 6.2 V8

    1. Agreed but guess they figure if you want 6.2 spend the money for a Denali or Escalade.

Really need to be more aggressive in protecting this market by making product superior. Need to reduce weight, update drive trains, and fitting an IRS so the third seat is useable. Ford will be updating the Ecoedition and appears FCA is considering entering the market. Nothing better than healthy competition!

      1. Well then give the Tahoe a High Country Limited trim. The Limited could be the black leather trim and the base High Country could keep the brown. Chevrolet has needed a Denali trim forever like Ford offers in their Platinum/Titanium trims. Really, GM ties the 6.2 into Chevrolet’s Small Block heritage so much it’s really a shame that you can’t the the premiere Small Block engine in a Chevrolet of all things.

This goes for the Silverado as well.

        1. Completely agreed: it’s high time that Chevy got its own Denali-like trim level. High Country is not it.

Same goes for the 6.2L V8 L86 — why it’s still not an option in the Tahoe and Suburban is actually quite appalling.
