In a world of mass production, auto enthusiasts are constantly looking for ways of being individualistic. Some prefer to keep things as they were meant to be, with slight refinements made to the original manufacturer’s design. Others prefer a no-holds-barred aftermarket look. In the case of this Lashway Motorsports 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS, the differences are subtle with one significant change – 22-inch Flow Formed Technology Vossen VFS-1 wheels in place of what was stock.
Now, yours truly is one of those who prefer to keep things closer to stock, with the most drastic changes being a vehicle or wheel color change. That said, no one can deny these two things: one, this 2016 Camaro SS certainly stands out from a lineup of other sixth-gen Camaros; and two: it doesn’t look bad at all.
The murdered out Camaro looks super clean, as they say, with the light Vossen wheels. They aren’t just light in regards to color either, as their thin spokes give the impression of light weight, though we can’t say for sure. For us, adding lightness is always the winning ticket. Whether or not these wheels look better than the factory wheels is entirely subjective, but there’s no arguing that they have the advantage when it comes to performance.
