This year, Wayne Taylor Racing’s Ricky and Jordan Taylor will both race for Corvette Racing at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Jordan is a familiar face to Corvette Racing fans, but this year will be his brother Ricky’s first time racing a yellow ‘Vette at Le Sarthe.
As you can imagine, it means a lot to both Jordan and Ricky to pilot a Corvette in the world’s biggest endurance race. They get to represent America on the world’s stage against rival manufacturers like Porsche and Aston Martin, while also carrying on the legacy of their Le Mans-winning father Wayne.
Jordan will return to the No. 64 C7.R this year in which he won the FIA WEC GTE Pro class at Le Mans in 2015. He will pilot the entry alongside Tommy Milner and Antonio Garcia. Ricky, meanwhile, will be in the No. 63 C7.R alongside Jan Magnussen and Antonio Garcia.
Hear what the brothers Taylor have to say about racing at Le Mans in the video above.
