It’s utterly amazing what the Camaro team was able to accomplish with the Zeta platform during the fifth-generation Camaro’s time. The large, heavy platform gave birth to incredible variants, like the track mauling Z/28 and supercharged ZL1.
But, the sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro is the new kid on the block. It’s lighter, leaner and faster than the outgoing Camaro SS. That makes it all more interesting to see a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro duke it out with a fifth-generation Camaro Z/28 at the Optima Batters Ultimate Street Car Championship.
The video takes us through the latest happenings with the drivers of both the fifth-generation Z/28 and sixth-generation SS, and it seems the two could be in for one hell of a match up.
