Chevrolet Captiva Perfect Black Is A Limited Edition For Japan Only

Although Chevrolet isn’t quite big in Japan, it’s not stopping the brand from putting out a very limited edition Captiva. And we mean extraordinarily limited.

The Chevrolet Captiva Perfect Black edition will be limited to just 15 units, according to InAutoNews. What makes the Perfect Black edition so special? Chevrolet has dressed up the crossover with all black everything, including a Perfect Black exterior color, black accents, 19-inch black wheels and unique body graphics.

Inside, drivers are treated to heated seats in the first and second row and a 10.2-inch rear-seat entertainment system with DVD and TV capability. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are supported, as well as parking assist, Side Blind Zone Alert and plenty of other standard equipment. We’ll give you one guess as to what color the leather upholstery is.

The Captiva Perfect Black edition will arrive with a price tag of ¥4,090,000, or nearly $40,000 USD.

  1. Sounds like they had a couple of gallons of paint they needed to get rid of.
