In only a couple weeks, Bloomington Gold will once again invade the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway for its massive Corvette gathering.
According to Corvette Blogger, there’s a new route planned by the event following a parade lap of the famed oval track. The latest “GoldTour” will have Corvettes head out along West 16th Street and Crawfordsville Road to Eagle Creek Park. From the park, the GoldTour will follow a three-mile scenic route back towards the speedway.
The route will make for an excellent photo opportunity for bystanders, when hundreds of Corvettes going marching onward to public roads
Pre-registration is closed for the road tour, but those interested can still register at the track itself. Registration is only $10.
