No, this is not that kind of LSX. But we wish it was, and if Holden Special Vehicles has anything to say about it, it’s going to happen.
Anyway, this is the Holden Colorado LS-X, a special edition Colorado bringing additional features at a value-packed price point. The LS-X is based on the lower-rung LS variant, but the additional features help it earn the “X” designation.
Included with the Colorado LS-X are alloy wheels, a sports bar and and fog lights. Holden plucks the most popular options from upper trims to provide a package appealing to a greater consumer base, and the Colorado is not the only example of this strategy. Inside, the truck also receives premium upholstered carpet and the seven-inch Holden MyLink infotainment system.
Holden has priced the Colorado LS-X competitively at $37,990, which of course comes with lifetime capped service prices. The Holden Colorado LS-X will arrive this month at local dealers.

When I hear LSX, I don’t think of cheap pickups…
