How To Properly Detail The Engine Bay Of A 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS: Video

We’ve seen what good work the fellas over at Chemical Guys can do when they get their hands on a classic, remember that gorgeous 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396? Well, in this video they’ll show you how to properly detail the engine bay of a classic car, in this case, a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS with a 350 cubic-inch V8.

The guys make some good points on how the work should be done, so as to avoid damaging components such as old wiring. This is rather important because 1969 Camaro SS they’re working has all original wiring. Another point, which is rather obvious (we hope), is to be sure not to just blast the hose on a vehicle with a carbureted engine.

We’ll let these guys explain the rest, and show you how to turn that grime into shine – enjoy the show.
