When Callaway first announced the AeroWagon conversion for the Chevrolet C7 Corvette, we were all smiles. We asked readers to show how they felt about the concept by use of a survey poll, and about 63 percent of those who participated were in favor of its creation. Well, anyone hoping to buy the Corvette AeroWagon conversion is in luck, as Callaway has announced that it will be available for purchase during the fourth quarter of 2016.
To bring you back up to speed, the Callaway AeroWagon flaunts a shooting brake design comprised of carbon fiber structure elements which offer both high-strength durability and weight-savings. Let’s also not forget that Callaway claims the AeroWagon will be able to reach over 200 MPH, though we’re still not certain on the specific details behind this.
With an expected price of less than $15,000, we’re thinking Callaway won’t have any difficulty in reaching its sales quota, but only time will tell.

Still willing to offer thousands to anyone at EDAG willing to sell their CAD files for the shooting brake conversions for the Solstice and Sky (built for GM, never taken to production). I’ll take them to China and have them built over there.
