Vauxhall Driver Racks Up Nearly $1,500 Worth Of Parking Fines

Silly Vauxhall driver, see what you’ve done? Apparently not, because one motorist seems to have abandoned the Vauxhall at a busy drop-off area outside Brentonside bus station, Plymouth Devon, according to The Daily Mail.

The report states 15 parking citations have piled up on the Vauxhall’s windshield with no sign of the one returning. In total, £1,000 worth of fees sits on the car, or nearly $1,500 USD. Each citation rings in at £70.

The area has a strict waiting time due to the congestion in the area, and it’s estimated the fines now outweigh the value of the Vauxhall itself.

But, city law states if the fines are paid within two weeks, each fine is dropped to £35 each, bringing the total to £500, or about $720 USD.
