Accident Watch: A Motorcycle Stunt Gone Wrong Tears Up Red Corvette

We all like to have fun, and some of us like to push the boundary between fun and stupid. To be fair, you can make just about anything look stupid, but no such effort is needed when talking about pulling wheelies on a motorcycle through traffic – in between lanes no less.

And that’s exactly what the rider of this motorcycle is doing when the foot peg comes in contact with the red Chevrolet C6 Corvette in the right lane. The driver’s side fender of the red C6 Corvette is deeply gashed, and half of the front fascia is hanging off. And when the driver sees this damage she’s beside herself.

We’ll agree with the video host that the rider has some redemption by owning up to his mistake(s), but we’re not sure if that should pardon his crazy antics overall. We think a logical outcome would be a lighter sentencing (lower fine?), with the rider covering the repair bill for the Corvette. Of course, that’s merely our own perspective, so, what say you? Tell us what you think in the comment section below.

    1. Ok. Dude on the bike is an Asshole with a capital A or “eh” I’m Canadian. One thing that strikes me as odd, is why the hell was he was doing it? I think it’s his wife or girlfriend in the Vette, and he & she, thought “what a freakin’ awesome idea! He doesn’t really sound like he’s sorry, and she’s like a robot, or Spock. Zero emotion. Why the GoPro helmet cam? Too bad he didn’t totally lose it and get run over by the Tahoe in the go fast lane. The guy is definitely up for a future “Darwin Award” Anything too get on YouTube. Donegan, I’m with you on your opinion.

      1. You must not have these idiots in your part of Canada.

We have a small percentage of bikers here in the states to like to go out and do stunts in traffic for some odd reason, Many will wear camera
‘s to put them on Youtube even when they screw up like this guy.

I am not sure what thew coolness of this is but we have had a few around here that have been injured and one even Die recently.

This is the hey watch this factor and it seldom comes out good. Many times these videos have been used in court to convict people when they screw up or lead to their arrest when they are often identified.

The freeway I used to live near by used to have an accident every so often and it was due to something like this. Also they would race and some of the bikes can hit 200 MPH on the long straight part of the highway. They sounded like an F1 Car going by.

Paying for it would be enough as the Corvette owner has a legal entitlement to be made whole. You’re asking for the murder of someone from what amounts to be a minor traffic accident.

Are you a civilized person from a Western nation who believes in the rule of law, or are you from THAT backwards part of Syria?

      1. I think you are taking this a little too serious.

His comment was just a common over the top comment many people make with no intentions of killing anyone like ISSI.

The fact is anyone doing this should be hit with the highest fines they can be charges with. This is pretty much a self centered act that even goes beyond drag racing putting not only their life at risk but the people around them.

It is not all fun and games as one member of the bike group I spoke of above did crash and took the life of another person because of his stupidity. He lost an arm in the act that clearly should not have taken place on a public street. Also he was under the influence on top of that.

This was not a simple traffic accident. This was a deliberate act of recklessness not an accident.

If guys want to do stuff like this you do not do it on public roads and if you do take it out of town where no one is around and then if you crash that is your problem not anyone around you.

  3. Well at least he stopped! Some people would have just taken off and I doubt if that lady in the Vette would have caught up to him in that traffic.

    1. Gave you a plus one as I do not know why they down voted this. I too thought at least this guy stopped as most pull up their plates before they do this and run.

We had another one here that the State police saw and followed home in a Plane. They called the Local Police and nailed him at his home.
