The LS7-powered Youabian Puma has resurfaced and is for sale once again. After the bizarre vehicle displayed itself at the 2013 LA Auto Show, the “pleasure vehicle” – as it’s been once described – was later put up for sale with an asking price of $1.1 million. Now it’s up for grabs again, for a slightly less $895,000.
Even if we were to win the Powerball – which features a winnings of over $1 billion at the time of this writing – we still wouldn’t buy the Puma. Monster trucks are cool, convertibles are cool, the LS7 V8 is a gift from the automotive gods, and we’ve got nothing against Volvo – but when you put all of these things together… eesh.
All that aside, consider the price. One could buy a C7 Corvette Z06 convertible to satisfy the desires for a drop top, a fifth-gen Camaro Z/28 to feel the wrath of the LS7, a Volvo Pulstar C30 to take care of the Swedish appeal, and still have money left over to buy a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta. Just saying. Though we’re sure the Puma would undoubtedly garner more looks than all of those vehicles separately.
