Let GMC Show You The Details With The 2017 Acadia: Video

The 2017 GMC Acadia won’t reach dealer lots for a few months yet, but the brand is ready to show consumers that the all-new, midsized Acadia is all about the details.
GMC has put together a brief design video featuring Helen Emsley, Executive Director of GMC Design, talking us through the spots she’s most proud of with the 2017 Acadia.
For example, she details how the Acadia’s “family vehicle” reputation really shaped the new design in terms of storage and other features, and designers made sure its seven-seater capability was retained.
Switching gears, Emsley talks about how the “C” design trait can be found throughout the Acadia, too. Not only is it present in the rear taillamps, but the chrome trim around the vents inside also shape into Cs. There’s also a finer Easter egg of sorts in the headlamps, too.
