2016 Cadillac XTS Price Grows Compared To 2015 Model: Pricing Comparison

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the Cadillac XTS Sedan has grown slightly for the 2016 model year compared to the 2015 model. According to a pricing analysis performed by GM Authority, the MSRP of the 2016 model has grown between $250 and $2,535, depending on trim level.

The smallest increase is the additional $250 for the Luxury trim level, while the largest is the $2,535 for the Platinum and V-Sport Platinum models. Like the 2015 XTS, all wheel-drive remains a $2,000 option on non-V-Sport models. V-Sport models have all wheel-drive standard.

  1. That price increase is inline with what you get in this car . Changing the front grill /emblem really does alot to make it look like part of the Cadillac family . There are those that don’t like the XTS , but for 2016 I think it it’s a nice looking vehicle . I looked at a black V-Sport Premium a couple of weeks ago and I had a hard time walking away from it . Sure its not the all new CT6 , but I wouldn’t be afraid to pull up next to any E-class and feel inferior .

  2. The XTS grows on you. I did not care for it at first or in pics but it looks a lot nicer in person. Since the CT6 I would want is completely out of my price range, I will be looking at a new XTS this summer. Most likely a AWD Luxury level.

  3. When will the 2016 XTS AWD Coupe ready in N.Y. for purchase ? Or the same Platinum Luxury Coupe available in N.Y. CT6 ?? I have been trying to hold on to purchase one ?? Thanks,

  4. The back end of that car is hideous — in pictures and in person.

  5. I have always been amazed at the striking pose this vehicle has. I have always thought this was a great looking vehicle. I have never understood the lack of marketing. The XTS is cool. Period.

  6. I don’t care if I can’t do 1+g’s or do 0-60 in less than 5 seconds. Although I don’t want a fuddy-duddy car, today’s measurements are not achieved by most people just only in their heads. I like this car a lot.

  7. I think the XTS Platinum VSport at $73,000+ is going to be a hard sell between the CTSVSport and the new CT6 when it lands. The XTS will go away in 2018 and so will the resale value…..
