Some Top Gear fans dislike the fact that throwback videos of the Stig are being uploaded in lieu of new ones, ever since Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May left the show. While we won’t get into any of that sticky stuff, we will say that it was nice to watch The Stig put a Corvette C6 through its paces.
The Stig manages to complete the lap in less than 1 minute and 27 seconds, which is not too shabby, putting the Chevrolet performance car just under the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII, a feat that has pushed some souls to make the swap to AWD. The Stig, on the other hand, simply keeps the Vette’s happy rear end under control, powering through the curve with some exciting-to-watch oversteer.
Watch the two minute-long video, and enjoy.

I like Top Gear but don’t like how Jeremy puts down U.S. Cars all the time and thinks so highly of the crap made in England. He is so arrogant it’s ridiculous!
Of course he’s arrogant. He punched his producer. In the face.
