NCM Motorsports Park Likely Heading To Trial In 2016 Over Continued Noise Dispute

The legal saga continues for the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park and the residents of Clark Circle. While the NCM Motorsports Park continues to find ways to reduce noise on its premises, a new 10-page order has been released calling for a trial.

The order also dismissed the request for a temporary restraining order, effectively shutting down the Motorsports Park in the meantime. Since Clark Circle residents may be compensated monetarily, a restraining order is not valid, according to Corvette Blogger.

“The primary job of this Court is to complete a thorough and fair final adjudication of the dispute, rather than a quick and premature one,” Warren Circuit Judge John Grise wrote in his order.

More details are said to be disclosed in an upcoming conference over the matter on December 14, 2015.
