Chevrolet Details The Latest Trickle-Down Z06 Parts For The Corvette Stingray: Video

During the 2015 SEMA Show in November, Chevrolet finally gave Corvette enthusiasts what they’d been hoping for: 2016 C7 Corvette Z06 performance parts, ready to be installed into any 2014 model year and up Corvette Stingray.

The list is a long one, so we’ll let you click the link here to read all about what can flow down from the C7 Z06 to the C7 Corvette Stingray, but today we also have the latest video from Chevrolet explaining the variety of parts, and how they perform.

Mark Dickens, Chevrolet Performance engineer and director, Performance Variants, Parts and Motorsports, takes us for a ride in a C7 Corvette Stingray equipped with the Z51 package, but also hosts a few Z06 goodies. Along the way, he explains why it makes sense to offer such parts to the Corvette loyal, and discusses how each component creates an even more capable Corvette.

Check out the video for yourself right up above.

  1. One would assume they would just take a C7 Corvette Z06/Z07 and simply replace the LT4 with the LT1 then call it a day.

I agree with your perspective and that is what I would buy. The latest nonsense of the T1 package that voids your warranty is simply that, NONSENSE. Fix it Chevy!
