We’d previously gotten a look behind the scenes of the filming process for this video series, but here we have part one of three for the final product.
Cadillac took to Dubai to show off the latest fashion alongside the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V in a high-profile, high-fashion film montage. We’re treated to an interesting, unknown plot line of a dapper looking gentleman being taken into a 2016 ATS-V. From previous reports, we know this was the first time these models experienced the ATS-V and the power coming from the 3.6-liter LF3 twin-turbo V6. Their reactions aren’t staged.
Finally, part one wraps up with a few smokey donuts via the 2016 ATS-V, in high-fashion, of course. Cadillac says this is the first fashion shoot to combine drifting, power and smokey donuts. Check it out for yourself right up above.

I do not get this marketing direction for Cadillac as a whole and even less when it comes to marketing in Europe.
Does the Cadillac marketing team really think that doing smokey burnouts and driving recklessly around the a city is a way to sell a high performance luxury sedan?
Actually the donuts in Dubi are really something they would pay attention to.
For many of them in Europe and UAE they love demonstrations of performance.
I had one customer from UAE want to know if I had something to keep his ZR1 from spinning out. Yes he was driving it that hard. Though he blames the pavement for not having enough agitate.

Nobody in Europe will buy this POS.
The German offerings are light years ahead of this dated gas guzzler.
Europeans don’t buy cars full of cheap plastic with zero resale value.
Have you ever sat in or, better yet, driven an ATS?
