2016 Chevrolet Sonic Sees Slight Price Increase Over 2015 Model

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the 2016 Chevrolet Sonic grew and fell compared to the 2015 model depending on the trim level, according to a pricing analysis performed by GM Authority.
The price increase on the 2016 Chevy Sonic Sedan was $150 on the LS and LTZ trim levels, $200 on the RS trim level, and $350 on the LT. Meanwhile, the price of the 2016 Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback dropped $400 on the RS trim, while rising $150 on the LS and LTZ trims and $350 on the LT trim.

The Chevy Sonic received various updates for the 2016 model year, including new colors, standard MyLink infotainment on the LT trim, installing a smaller fuel tank on Sonics with manual transmissions, and discontinuing the manual transmission from the LTZ trim level.
