This Custom 1961 Cadillac DeVille Is A Shape Shifter: Video

This 1961 Cadillac DeVille has been customized five times by its owner, Willie Taitano, and if looks could kill this latest iteration would be absolutely deadly.

Willie had always wanted a 1961 DeVille, and after selling off a sharp looking Chevrolet Bel Air, he decided to purchase the car of his dreams. At the cost of $1,700, the DeVille was purchased in semi-running condition in a popping pink and white finish. It has since then seen 5 dramatic changes, as Willie can grow bored of his toys, and changes things up to keep his prized Cadillac interesting. He had considered leaving the Cadillac alone, until it was involved in a hit and run, thus giving him a legitimate reason to change it up. And we’re sure happy he did because we loved watching this thing coast through the roads in the video.

“It is an in your face, ‘get out of my way,’ I don’t care who you are, or what you do, automobile,” is how /Drive host Mike Musto describes the appearance of this DeVille, and we would certainly agree. It’s hands down one of the meanest looking cars we’ve seen, and the fact that it’s an old-school Cadillac has us loving it even more.

Check the video out for yourself and tell us what you think of it in the comment section below.
