The chassis, the suspension, the power, the appealing design, nearly every aspect of the Cadillac ATS-V was admired by the host of /Drive as he gives us his impression of how grand the ATS-V was at the Wilzig Racing Manor, along with Mike and Zac from Classic Car Club Manhattan and Alan “The Zig” Wilzig.
According to them, the ATS-V coupe they drove has raised the bar for the Germans.
While the four different speaker offer their different reasonings for liking the car, there’s one thing they all agree on – it’s absolutely fantastic. While we at GMA love the bespoke ATS-V from every angle, Wilzig makes a point in saying that the front of the car is its best angle, and we’d have to agree.
“If this car drives by, and you’re not someone like us, you’ll think ‘meh,'” says Zac Moseley, “but if you are one of us, you think, ‘ooh.'” This idea of sexy yet sophisticated is something we admire about the ATS-V. Not only that, but as the video mentions this Cadillac is a perfect example of a car that can put a smile on the driver’s face while still being sound enough to use as a daily driver.
We could go on and on about how sharp the ATS-V drives, with its twin-turbo LF4 V6 coupled with the Alpha platform, but we’ll just let you watch the video instead.
