Bob Lutz Heads Program To Restore Areas Around Pearl Harbor

Bob Lutz is taking a break from being “the car guy” to head up something completely different. It has been announced Lutz will lead a movement to begin restoration of the sites around the sacred Pearl Harbor naval base.

The news comes 13 months before the Pearl Harbor bombing’s 75th anniversary, and Lutz plans to make the occasion a special one. Plans are in place to restore the hangars and control towers and other structures around the base, which have since decayed with time.

A press luncheon will held on November 11, 2015 in Detroit, Michigan where Lutz will outline a plan of restoration for the site.

No doubt is it an ambition thing to tackle but, if there’s anyone who can pull something like this off, Bob Lutz is just the man to be put in charge.
