General Motors Entices With Special Pricing For Families Of Dealership Employees

If you happen to share the same address with a General Motors dealership employee, now may be an excellent time to step into a new vehicle.
According to a report by Automotive News, families of U.S. dealership employees can take advantage of the same pricing typically reserved for employees, which is typically 8 to 10 percent off of MSRP for most models. The promotion reportedly covers nearly every model under Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac, but specifics will be available at each and every one of GM’s 4,200 dealerships.
In a note sent to dealers last week, GM U.S. sales chief Steve Hill called it “a great opportunity to help someone at home enjoy significant savings on a new GM vehicle.”
Even better news for perspective partakers: the discount may be applied with current incentives on GM vehicles, too. As AN points out, that takes a GMC Acadia SLT from $41,745, to $35,602.84, to show how steep the savings can be.
The GM discount certificates must be redeemed by November 2 to take advantage of the deals to be had.
