Cadillac says that its Dare Greatly motto impacts everything it does, from engineering and design to innovations. To Cadillac this is “more than just a philosophy”, so to validate the claim, Cadillac of Canada along with Canadian Cadillac dealers will participate in the “Cadillac Dare Greatly Challenge” — an initiative that pushes them to embody this philosophy in their personal and professional lives — over the next nine months.
Together, the participants will train through a series of challenges, be tested physically, mentally and emotionally along the way, including a mountain preparatory challenge in the heart of the winter. It will all culminate in a 2,500 km (1,553 mile) bicycle journey from Cadillac’s Global Headquarters in SoHo, New York to GM Canada’s Headquarters in Oshawa, Canada. And may we mention that it will all take place during the fierce winter months.
The final bike ride will feature all Cadillac dealers. Cadillac states that the journey will be documented and shared via the Cadillac Canada Twitter account (@CadillacCanada), and all content will feature the #CadillacChallenge hash tag.

The GM Authority Take
Kudos to Cadillac for this one, as many talk the talk, but few walk the walk… or in this case bike the bike. And that’s not speaking of the immense team building this challenge is sure to bring.
We’re looking forward to seeing the Dare Greatly challenge take place, and will bring you updates as it unfolds.

Wow! I did not think Oshawa had that many skyscrapers. Is this Oshawa of the future or of Toronto today. Looks like the CN tower is peaking up behind some of the buildings in the foreground. Wonder what Google Earth can tell us for sure.
