The sound coming from this Chevrolet C6 Corvette Z06 fitted with a Kooks Headers and Exhaust system has the tenacious aggression of a furious lion. Much like the king of the jungle it has an edge of demanding authority while instilling fear in any competition that’s close enough to hear that LS7 roar.
The Kooks exhaust system on this Z06 consists of long-tube headers, an off-road X-pipe, and a 3-inch axle-back with black exhaust tips. We feel that this combo has created one of the toughest sounding Z06’s that utilizes a direct bolt-on exhaust system.
The video is a bit of a tease as we don’t get to see any hard launches or wide-open throttle pulls – unlike this Z06 exhaust video, also equipped with Kooks headers. Though, the start-up and series of revs are enough to have us wishing we had our own C6 Z06 equipped with this gnarly sounding Kooks exhaust.
