Those in the market for the Chevrolet Trax will have to fork over a bit of extra cash for privilege, as the brand has added $200-$220 to the sticker of the 2016 model year Trax compared to the 2015 model, which now starts at $21,195 (plus an $895 destination charge) for the base LS trim level.
Buyers in the market for the Trax in the mid-level LT trim with FWD will be asked to shell out $23,540 (including shipping), while those hunting for an LTZ will need to fork over $26,125.
The Chevrolet Trax has enjoyed a very warm welcome since it arrived on U.S. soil earlier this year, and it is still gaining steam despite increasing competition. Most recently, the Trax sold 5,985 units in August.
