As you may have already heard, the 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 will (finally) offer a new Black Out options package. The package carries free-flow RPO code ST7 and includes the following items:
- 20″ x 9″ black-painted aluminum wheels (NZQ)
- P275/55R20 all-season blackwall tires (QSS)
- Tailgate bowtie delete (K6H)
- Black bowties (SFZ, LPO)
- Body-color grille surround (TRB, LPO)
- Body-color headlamp bezel (HQX)
- Deep tinted glass (AKO)
The package has the following stipulations:
- Not available at start production
- Only available on the Double Cab and Regular Cab models painted in the Black color (GBA)
- Not available with:
- Chrome Bumper Package (PCX)
- 6″ rectangular chrome tubular assist steps (VXH, LPO)
- 4″ round chrome tubular assist steps (VXJ, LPO)
Given its refreshed, attractive styling and LED headlights and taillights, we’re sure the 2016 Silverado Black Out edition will look great. The only thing left now is to see one in pictures or in person (or better yet, both) and to find out how much it will cost.
