The 21st annual Woodward Dream Cruise, now the world’s largest single-day automotive cruise event with over 1.5 million in attendance, took place this past Saturday, August 15th. In typical fashion, some of the most expensive and most elusive vehicles in the world were on hand to take part in the action.
Chevrolet, the lead sponsor of the event, along with countless other companies, OEMs, and even race outfits were present and accounted for, showcasing their latest vehicles and wares to throngs of hungry car enthusiasts. One of these was Pratt and Miller Engineering and Fabrication — the organization that handles the Corvette Racing program running the Corvette C7.Rs in the Tudor Championship and the Cadillac Racing program running the Cadillac ATS-V in the Pirelli World Challenge.
The crew at P&M showcased some of its custom vehicles and even put together this short video documenting its experiences at this year’s dream cruise. So, if you want to get a taste for some of the crazy metal on hand at Woodward, the video is most definitely worth a peek.
Incidentally, Woodward 2015 also marked the public debut of the 2016 Camaro and it made us feel for ‘ol Papa John.
Note: Skip to the 28-second mark for some all-too-brief crazy custom Caterpillar action.
