We’ve seen the C6 Corvette wear C7 Stingray taillights before, but this one is a first for us.
One Corvette Forum member decided to attempt the project of creating a “wide-body kit” for his C6 Corvette, and mending 2015 C7 Corvette Stingray headlights to the front end.
We have to say, it doesn’t look all that bad actually. It would certainly take some time to get used to, and it does look a bit too modern for where this generation of Corvette’s styling sat, but to each their own. Some may love it, others may swear by the “stick with stock” mantra.
The member states he plans to mold the front bumper and sell units as a conversion kit for those looking for the same look, which he achieved by cutting the ends of the bumper to allow the headlights to sit low enough to where they almost look factory for the car.

I think he did a nice job. It adds an updated look to the car. It will look more integrated when the car is painted.
Now for the tail lights.
Love it. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out what was up. Nice concept.
