We firmly believe that a color can make or break the appearance of a vehicle, and in the case of this Buick Regal (in China), it totally makes it. Of course, the tinted windows make for a great contrast with the paint job, and make it look that much better. Sure, the windows don’t come that way from the factory, but that’s nothing a tint shop can’t address right quick.
Note: we’ve received several questions regarding the red color. It appears that the photos have been enhanced in some way so as to make the color more vivid. As such, we can’t tell whether this color is available on the U.S.-market Regal. In the U.S., the 2015 Buick Regal is offered in two reds — Copper Red Metallic (no-cost color) and Crystal Red Tintcoat ($495 extra-cost color) while the 2016 Buick Regal is available in the new Crimson Red Tintcoat. We’ve reached out to Buick communications to find out if the color seen here is one of the two offered in the U.S., or if it is specific to the Chinese market.
Update: GM China has informed us that the color is called 霓虹, or Neon Red. It is, indeed, exclusive to the Chinese market.

Merrill, we just heard back from Buick PR and the color is not the same as the Crystal Red Tintcoat. As we state in the update in the article, the hue is called Neon Red and isn’t available in the U.S.
The Regal definitely looks good in that red. The new Volt is a another car that looks good in a specific color- the Kinetic Blue.
