Classic film vehicles hold a special place in not only auto enthusiasts’ hearts, but normally film enthusiasts’ too. Paul Harborne’s heart must be the size of the marshmallow man because he may be the world’s biggest Ghostbusters fan.
Harborne stumbled upon a vintage Cadillac Miller-Meteor and only had one idea in mind regarding the vehicle: turn it into the iconic Ecto-1 patrol car from the film. And that he did.
The Cadillac is complete with everything to make it a rolling tribute to the film, including replica proton packs. The overall, final tally of the build? $150,000 after all was said and done.
In the video below you can see how ordinary day-to-day tasks become something special each time Harborne takes the Ecto-1 out for a spin. This time it happens to be the grocery store. And to make it even better? He dresses in full Ghostbusters gear. Check it out for yourself down below.
