Lingenfelter Introduces Stage One Performance Package For C7 Corvette Z06

In the auto enthusiast’s never-ending pursuit for more power, there are many trusted names to swear by in the community. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering is one of those names, and they’ve introduced their latest batch of go-fast goodies for the C7 Corvette Z06.

LPE has announced their stage one performance kit for the C7 Z06, increasing performance, but not sacrificing livability in the slightest. The stage one kit combines the best of LPE engineering to create an even greater supercar experience without the foreign price tag.

Lingenfelter starts by increasing boost in the LT4 6.2-liter V8 engine. The 1.7-liter supercharger is cranked up to provide 720 hp and 730 lb-ft of torque, honed in with LPE’s expertise and precision dyno tuning.

Other essential pieces include a Lingenfelter LT1/LT4 dry sump damper, Lingenfelter 9.2-inch 15 percent overdrive supercharger drive pulley, supercharger drive belt, 100mm idler pulley kit, high flow air filter, 170-degree performance thermostat, GM crankshaft bolt and a handheld programmer with a Lingenfelter-designed tune for the LT4 power package.

Finally, LPE signature touches are applied to the fender, interior and engine cover. Though, maybe you’ll want to skip out on them to amp up the sleeper-status surrounding the stage one performance package.

LPE provides authentication and certification of the build, as well as dyno numbers and video evidence on a USB flash drive for safe keeping. And, the work is backed by a one-year/12,000-mile warranty.

The C7 Corvette Z06 is already an intense machine. LPE just upped the ante.

  1. Make mine Tuxedo Black with “chrome” wheels , and an insurance rate that won’t cost more than my monthly payment. 😉

  2. As awesome as the Z06 is, I’d like for GM to make an even more track focused Z06. With all the lux and gadgetry the Z06 has, I too would consider this a ZR1 and not a Z06; plus it’s gotta have a NA V8 this time around! I hope someday GM unveils a 7.0L NA LT1 with all the tech (minus the failures) of the awesome current LT1 lineup!
