Experience The Goodwood Hill Climb From The 2015 C7 Corvette Stingray: Video

The iconic Goodwood Festival of Speed is a British tradition, encompassing so many exotic, classic and performance vehicle throughout its history. But this year, Chevrolet decided it was time to invade the festival with a bit of small-block V8 power.

Not only did Chevrolet debut the 2016 Camaro for the UK public, but they brought along a few Corvettes for good measure. And blogtastic Shmee150 was lucky enough to ride along for a hillclimb in a 2015 C7 Corvette Stingray.

Even without the Z06 (or is that Zed-Oh-Six?) the C7 Stingray proved more than capable as it launched its way up to hill towards the gathering of other incredible machines at the top. The power seems immense on the skinny roads and tight straights, but the 2015 Corvette gobbles it up like it’s seen them all before.

There’s not much else to say here except to hit play, and prepare for blastoff with LT1 6.2-liter V8 power.
