Don Draper’s 1965 Cadillac Coupe de Ville Set For Auction

The crazy-successful drama Mad Men recently ended its tenure as one of the greatest shows on television. Okay, that’s a highly optimized statement, but we think it’s true. Now, AMC has quite a few props to get rid of after seven seasons of televised excellence.

The one we’re interested in, however, is Don Draper’s 1965 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. The stunning example of 1960s Cadillac was present throughout much of the series, and received plenty of camera time. The 1965 Cadillac was a small sliver of the show’s historical accuracy, but it played a major part in taking viewers from present day, back to Madison Avenue in the 1960s.

The 1965 Coupe de Ville will be sold off by Hollywood auction site Screen Bid between July 31 and August 6. The starting bid for the Cadillac sits at $1,500, but we’re positive that price will only shoot upwards.

Other noteworthy items will be for sale, too, including the show’s office penthouse furniture, business cards, Megan Draper’s wedding ring plus so much more.
