We’ve driven the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V, and we nearly concluded it’s a damn good first attempt at a proper M3/M4 rival. Besides a few minor hiccups, it’s superb. But, if you won’t have the chance to get behind the wheel of the LF4 twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter V6 beast, here’s a little taste.
Winding Road has posted a video of a first-person point of view drive of the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V. There’s not commentary, meaning you are able to take it the sights and sounds of what it’s like to drive the latest V car. Which, by the way, Cadillac President Johan de Nysschen says is a German fanboy’s worst nightmare.
But that’s for the public and enthusiasts to decide. So far, it’s been a mixed bag, but nothing substantial holds the 2016 ATS-V back from being a very formidable track toy. Though, what we have today are some desolate backroads for you to enjoy instead.
So hop in, and enjoy.

Sounds pretty good for a V6!!
Never heard a GN owner complain and this one is much more powerful.
