Chevrolet has just unveiled the 2016 Camaro convertible and they’ve already invited us to see how great it looks cruising some desert backroads in a first ride video.
The 2016 Camaro convertible is the same Camaro Six we know and love minus the roof, providing great views, and an even better soundtrack for whichever engine is stuffed under the hood of the sixth-generation pony car.
We’re treated to a cockpit view of the car initially, giving us a glance at the interior, which is lightyears ahead of the fifth-generation model in terms of fit and finish. Then, the 2016 Camaro convertible hits the road, and we can see the new automatic, power-folding soft-top go to work. The soft-top can be open or closed at speeds up to 30 mph should mother nature decide to ruin a jaunt with the top down. Or maybe she decides to introduce some much needed sunshine. Either way, the sixth-gen Camaro convertible is ready.
