Preliminary 2016 Corvette Stingray And Z06 Pricing Details Revealed

Don’t worry, the 2016 C7 Corvette will be nearly as affordable as you remember. America’s bargain supercar is seeing a minor price bump across the board of $400, according to a report from Corvette Blogger.

Mike Furman, a national Corvette seller, spilled the intel before General Motors makes an official announcement later this month, just in time for the 2016 model year of Corvette.

We also have a price for the exclusive 2016 Corvette C7.R edition. If you plan on picking up one of the Corvette Racing inspired Corvettes, be prepared to plunk down $111,400. The 2016 C7.R edition requires the 3LT Stingray package, or the Z06 3LZ package to qualify for the added racing bits. The only two colors the package may be had in is Corvette Racing Yellow (duh), and classic black. And no, it still doesn’t have red mirrors.

If you want a shot at owning one of these special edition Corvettes, move quickly. The 2016 C7.R edition will be limited to only 500 units during the fourth quarter of this year, and many goodies are included to elevate the Corvette’s already sharp styling.

Finally, if you have your eye on one of the new design packages introduced for the 2016 Corvette Stingray and Z06, that will be an additional $3,500. Unless you opt for the Black Suede design package, which rings in at $3,995 on top of your 3LT Stingray or 3LZ Z06 trim.

The 2016 Corvette model year begins June 22.
