General Motors subsidiary Opel has increased discounts on seven of its vehicles in Russia, making them as much as 550,000 Rubles ($9,860 USD) more affordable. The offers come amid a continued slump in the Russian economy as a result of sanctions imposed by the west over the country’s conflict in Ukraine.

|Opel Astra Family (Astra H)||370,000||$6,636|
|Opel Astra (Astra J)||430,000||$7,712|
|Opel Zafira Tourer||550,000||$9,864|
In addition, customers who purchase an Opel Astra, Meriva Zafira Tourer, Zafira Family (Zafira B) or Astra Family will receive a free complimentary set of winter wheels and tires.
