Auctions can be a great place to snag a crazy deal on a classic car though, sometimes, things can get out of hand really quickly should a bidding war occur. Normally, a reserve is set to ensure the seller is happy with what they walk away with.
Apparently the collector behind 15 incredibly preserved General Motors vehicles hasn’t a care in the world because he’s sending all 15 cars to auction with no reserve. You read the correctly. The cars gracing Mecum Denver include a 1966 Chevrolet Biscayne, 1969 Pontiac Firebird, 1966 Pontiac GTO, 1954 Chevrolet pickup and a 1968 Chevrolet Impala.
Each vehicle has been restored and kept in pristine condition. There are no custom builds, these cars looks as if you walked into the 1960s and purchased the car from the dealer itself. It’s magnificent really.
It could be an excellent time to snatch up one of these gorgeous cars with no reserve, but it could makes the stakes even higher for those interested. The cars will cross the block in Denver this month on June 26 and 27.
