General Motors Announces Preliminary Voting Results Of 2015 Annual Shareholders Meeting

General Motors Company has announced the preliminary voting results of its 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. The results represented 85 percent of eligible votes.

Stockholders voted on the following five items:

1. Election Of Directors

  • Mary T. Barra
  • Stephen J. Girsky
  • Linda Gooden
  • Joseph Jimenez
  • Kathryn V. Marinello
  • Admiral Michael G. Mullen
  • James J. Mulva
  • Patricia F. Russo
  • Thomas M. Schoewe
  • Theodore M. Solso
  • Carol M. Stephenson

Each director received at least 94.6 percent of the votes cast.

2. Public Accounting Firm

Ratification of the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2015.
