We’re Not Sure What To Make Of This

We’ve never seen anything like this before, an amphibious vehicle that appears to be the combination of a Dodge pick-up truck, a boat, and a sixth-gen Corvette. This sci-fi looking vehicle was produced by a company called water car, and their goal is to make the “world’s fastest amphibious vehicles.” A previous projector theirs was WaterCar Camaro, which had the body of a fourth-gen Chevrolet Camaro and was oddly powered by a Subaru Boxer engine.
This predecessor is actually called the WaterCar Python. Thanks to its LS motor it can do the 1/4 mile in 12.5 seconds, and climb to more than 60 mph on water. When these unusual vehicles were released, they had a price tag of about $200,000. Now that’s a lot of money, but considering the functionality of such a vehicle it isn’t outrageous. Of course, function is what you’re mostly getting with such a product, cause man are these things ugly.
