Ever since Top Gear’s Jeremy Clarkson was let go from his job for getting into a “fracas” with show producer Oisin Tymon, all eyes have been on him and his co-presenters James May and Richard Hammond. Fans are understandably eager to hear what the trio will do from here on out, and a recent picture posted to Clarkson’s Twitter page might be a good indication as to what their plans entail.
When Top Gear was still on, Clarkson would sometimes post pictures of the media cars he would have on loan. He did it with the Alfa Romeo 4C, Porsche 918 Spyder and many others, and now, he’s posted a picture of the C7 Corvette Z06 he’s borrowed. It’s not entirely clear why he has the car, as Clarkson sometimes does car reviews for The Sunday Times, however we spot a few cameras on hand in the background and maybe even Richard Hammond, so they may be filming a video segment.
If anything, this somewhat cryptic photo adds to the confusion surrounding the future of Top Gear. Are the hosts already working on a new show? Are they filming another one of their straight-to-DVD specials? We really can’t say at this point, however we can confirm the circuit they are at is Thruxton Motorsport Centre in Andover, UK and not the Dunsfold Aerodrome Top Gear formerly filmed at.
So, loyal readers, what do you think Clarkson’s up to this time?

Top Gear will not be the same without Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond.
It’s time for a change.
The boys will get a new show and they will be back better than ever.
The new show will decline and be much less fun as they will never take the risk of the last show. The anti BBC altitude exchanges were keys to the entertainment. With out it the show is just another Motorweek.
I think being out from under BBC they will be able to take the show in new directions and to new places.
