Cadillac Challenge Takes To The Circuit Of The Americas: Video

The Cadillac Challenge, the first and only race series exclusively for Cadillac vehicles, recently took to the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX, for Round 4 and 5 of the ten round series.

The best part about the race series is that it’s not limited to track-only vehicles; drivers are dropped into one of three race categories depending on the amount of tuning done on their Cadillac.

Stock vehicles join the Cadillac Racing C1 class while tuned vehicles get lumped into the Borla Exhaust C2 category. Meanwhile, all the “unlimited” Cadillacs – the most extreme class – get thrown into the D3 Cadillac C3 class.

We love the fact that stock vehicles can mingle with some of the craziest Cadillacs ever created and we are supremely jealous of all those who’ve taken part in the unique race event.

Take a look at some of the action from COTA below and keep an eye out for the cars with D3-markings, as they are some of the more impressive CTS-V models in the bunch.

The next round of the Cadillac Challenge will take place at Spring Mountain on May 16-17. Until then, you can get caught up on the first three rounds right here.
