General Motors has filed applications to register “Krypton” and “Camaro Krypton” as a trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), GM Authority was first to discover.
The automaker’s May 5th, 2015 applications specify that the marks will be used in association with motor land vehicles. Specifically, Krypton is assigned for “Motor land vehicles, namely, automobiles, sport utility vehicles, trucks and vans” while Camaro Krypton is for a more specific “motor land vehicles, namely, automobiles.”
