Watch A Replay Of The 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Reveal In New York City

Yesterday, Chevrolet revealed the all-new 2016 Malibu and defined it as a product of “advanced engineering and dramatic design.” The new Malibu looks good, real good, and as others have pointed out, it seems to borrow some of its looks from Chevy’s most recent Impala. But it’s not just bout cosmetics, as the E2xx front-wheel drive mid-size sedan gets a powerplant revision, and will now be offered with three different engine options, including a full hybrid version.

While there’s been no shortage here on GM Authority about 2016 Chevrolet Malibu information, you may be curious as to how the Chevrolet press conference went earlier this week during the 2015 New York International Auto Show. Wonder no more as you peer at the video below.

  1. I don’t care what the naysayers and critics of GM think/say, but to watch this drive out and be turned around and to get a real perspective on it, this is just plain stunning compared to what we had before it. I’ll add that it makes me want one even if I can only afford the 1LT version.

  2. GM hasnt given up on the mid-size market and withe this new car it will make inroads in the market place . And the hybrid will definitely help . I like the car , but they need to find some place else for the nameplate thats on the door .

    1. True about the nameplate. A little more towards the bottom might look better.
