The first ever retail production 2016 Cadillac CT6 was sold at the 2015 Palm Beach Barrett-Jackson auction for the price of $200,000 USD. This money was then donated to the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, located in Detroit. The Karmanos Cancer Institute is also the only hospital in Michigan dedicated solely to the battle against cancer.
As is the norm, it’s expected that the winning bidder of the 2016 Cadillac CT6 will be built to their specifications. If it were us, we’d go with the 400 horsepower LGW 3.0L twin-turbo engine under the hood, the Active Chassis system, and some variety of black as the paint. It is a Cadillac, after all.
The 2016 Cadillac CT6 launches in December of this year.

If I wish to buy the first production example of any model, I prefer to wait and have it built first.
