Although the 2015 Chevrolet Trax is set to be the star of the 2015 Manila International Auto Show, that isn’t stopping the bowtie brand from bringing new iterations of its popular Chevrolet Trailblazer. The 2015 Trailblazer, based on the Asian-Pacific Chevrolet Colorado, has found much success in emerging markets like the Philippines, and Chevrolet plans on tending to them.
Chevrolet representatives have been quoted saying the new Trailblazer variants will “broaden the American brand’s market appeal,” according to Motioncars.
Highlighting the new trims will be the introduction of a range-topping 2015 Chevrolet Trailblazer LTZ SE, which is pictured above. The vehicle adds a new bodykit, LED running lights and a spruced up interior trim. The remaining 2015 Trailblazer variants remain a mystery, but will continue to build upon the successful rugged and refined looks the SUV offers.
The tried and true 2.8-liter turbocharged Duramax diesel engine will return to the new Trailblazer trims, too, where it offers a class leading 200 hp and a whopping 369 lb-ft of torque. The newest variations are sure to only help the Trailblazer ride the prosperity train in the market, and we’ll have more information on the incoming trims once Chevrolet unveils the vehicles in a few short days.

Bring the 4X4 Trailblazer back to the USA. I am tired of all the AWD and FWD soccer SUVs – bring something back with real 4X4 capabilities.
I agree! I have a 2005 Trailblazer. I don’t want a Traverse and I can’t afford a Tahoe! I would love to see the Trailblazer back!! 4×4, not AWD too!
