Cadillac enthusiasts in the Middle East will soon be able to get their high-performance fix, as the 2016 ATS-V is scheduled to hit the region this November.
Dubai Police, perhaps you’re interested in expanding your fleet with one?
The car will be available in coupe and sedan form and both versions will come equipped with the twin-turbo 3.6L V6 rated at 464 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque– identical to the ATS-V about to launch in North America.
“The V-Series is the ultimate expression of Cadillac’s re-ignited product substance and the passion at the core of our brand, and the ATS-V is set to introduce a new kind of Cadillac performance character to our customers in the region; lightweight, agile and powerful.” said Felix Weller, Cadillac Middle East Sales and Marketing Director
The ATS-V announcement comes less than two weeks after Cadillac Middle East announced the 2015 Escalade Platinum Collection would also join the portfolio later this year.
Buyers in the Middle East will be able to pick up a 2016 Cadillac ATS-V sedan starts for MSRP $72,011, while the ATS-V coupe — despite being down a pair of doors – will cost $74,728.

Taking this car to the Middle and Far East is NOT taking it global by a long stretch of the imagination. If Cadillac really insist that this is a M3/4 contender, then they REALLY need to pull their finger from their behind and launch it in Europe to take on BMW/Audi/Mercedes on their home turf. Otherwise it will only end up as a rich playboys toy never to be seen or understood anywhere else. I would love to see Cadlllac dealers up and down the UK.
